About Us!

This family loves making food with ingredients straight from our back yard garden. During the cold Buffalo winters, we get our homegrown ingredient fix from our lettucegrow farm stand where we grow veggies year-round right in our dining room. We love a fancy 100% from scratch dinner but that’s just not realistic on a busy weeknight between carting kids to all their activities so most days I’ll be sharing our favorite fast, easy and healthy recipes for your busy life. We will also share how we meal plan to save money and time grocery shopping. The instant pot is by far moms favorite kitchen appliance. She uses it every day, sometimes more than one time a day. Some day we hope to have a farm where we have space to grow everything we want, but for now it’s important for the kids to be in a neighborhood where they can run across the street to see friends. Hold on to those littles tight. They become big in the blink of an eye. Once that happens we will all miss the chaos, but we might just have time to try those fancy 100% from scratch recipes that we mentioned earlier.
